We are a busy but fun and supportive vein practice looking for energetic, outgoing people to be the ambassador of our practice. You are the first impression with patients and visitors. We need people with excellent phone skills, positive attitudes and caring, face to face contact with our patients. Job requirements include basic computer skills, organizational skills, flexibility in learning and performing skill-appropriate duties to help the overall practice’s needs.
Requirements also include:
- Professional appearance, self-reliant, reliable, with attention to detail
- Solid communication skills with a comforting and cheerful attitude to make patients feel comfortable and welcomed
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize
- High school degree
We love people with experience in a medical practice, call center experience and ability to work well with other staff. Spanish speaking helpful but not essential.
Hours: Mon-Thurs typically 8:30-5, Fri 8:30-1:00. No nights or weekends. Benefits available after trial period.
