A native of San Diego, Dr. Brent Greenberg is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He received his MD from the Chicago Medical School. After serving as a chief resident, Dr. Greenberg worked in a San Diego private practice for 10 years, during which time he trained with a world-renowned vein specialist. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Greenberg served as a medical expert for the California Medical Board, a quality assurance director for Scripps Clinic in San Diego, and a private practice mentor for medical students and residents.

Dr. Greenberg is a diplomate of the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine, board-certified in family medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. He is a registered venous sonographer (RPhS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International. Dr. Greenberg is also a member of the American College of Phlebology, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians and the Greater Greensboro Society of Medicine.

Dr. Greenberg has authored articles in several medical journals and appeared regularly on the San Diego Fox News Show “The Morning House Call.” He regularly lectures on vein disease at medical conferences. Dr. Greenberg has three children. He is a former marathon runner, current Mud Runner, traveler, voracious reader and participant in Community Theater of Greensboro with his children.
